Replace a whole row of missing teeth in a single dentist appointment with All-on-4 “teeth in a day”.
Introduction to All-on-4
- Full set of replacement teeth in a single dentist appointment.
- World-renowned implant system used (Nobel Biocare/Straumann/Southern Implants).
- No more limitations on what you can eat.
- Cost-effective implant system for replacing a whole row of teeth.
- Reduces the possibility of needing a jawbone graft.
All-on-4 in a Nutshell
All-on-4 is a cost-effective implant-based treatment that can replace a whole row of teeth. Rather than using individual implants for individual teeth, All-on-4 makes it possible to secure a full row of teeth with just 2, 4 or 6 implants, reducing the cost of implant-based treatment for patients.
But the benefits don’t end there. On the day your implants are placed, your dentist will fit a brand-new set of teeth. This means that at no point do you have to go without teeth during the healing period, which is an instrumental advantage for our patients.
Why Our Patients Love All-on-4 Implants
- No waiting for a new smile – you are given temporary teeth on the day of your implant surgery.
- Streamlined implant treatment (takes less time placing individual implants for individual teeth).
- All-on-4 implants mimic the functionality of real tooth roots.
- Enjoy greater stability compared with conventional dentures and bridges.
Your Patient Journey
Consultation (planning and prep)
Your dentist will take digital iTero scans of your teeth, a CBCT scan to gain a 360-degree image of your mouth and jaw, and X-rays and clinical photos.
This information provides your dentist with vital information about the anatomy of your jawbone. Using this information, they can determine the optimal site for maximising the success of implant placement.
Implant Fitting
The implants are fitted under local anaesthetic. Your dentist places each implant in a way that maximises the jawbone’s ability to provide a home for implants. For this reason, even patients with low jawbone density are eligible for implants.
Immediately after placing your implants, your dentist can fit a set of temporary teeth, giving you the benefit of brand new ‘teeth in a day’.
A healing period will then commence (lasting 3-9 months on average). We will ask that you attend regular review appointments to have your implant and jaw checked during the healing period. Your dentist will advise on best practices for caring for your implant and oral health during this time.
Bridge Placement.
A second dental impression is taken once your jaw has healed. This is sent to our dental technician, who creates your bespoke dental bridge. This is adhered in place by your dentist, providing you with a fixed set of teeth.

FAQs
Am I suited to All-on-4?
You may wish to consider All-on-4 implants if you:
- No longer wish to wear unstable dentures.
- Would like a less destructive restoration than a traditional dental bridge (which can cause wear to healthy teeth).
- Would like a long-term solution to address tooth loss and potential jawbone atrophy.
How does my dentist fit a whole set of teeth in just one appointment?
A temporary set of false teeth is fitted immediately after the implants are placed into your jaw under local anaesthetic. All-on-4 eliminates the frustration of having to wait months for a set of teeth during the healing time.
Once your jaw has healed, your dentist can fit the bespoke bridge or dentures created by the dental technician from 3D scans and impressions of your teeth.
What solutions do implants provide for patients?
Implants provide multiple functional and aesthetic benefits for your smile.
They are:
- Protect the jawbone from atrophy.
- Reduce the likelihood of dental problems that can be caused and exacerbated by living with gaps in your teeth.
- Allow you to break down foods effectively (improving nutrition and reducing the possibility of indigestion).
- Reduce gum irritation.
