Your Patient Journey
Contacting your Dentist
When you contact us, a member of our friendly reception team will ask you for a summary of your symptoms. They will then book you in for an emergency appointment. You may receive a call from one of our dentists with care instructions to adopt prior to your appointment.
Your Emergency Appointment
Your dentist will assess your mouth, take X-rays, and provide painkillers and antibiotics if necessary. We may be able to perform restorative treatment such as a tooth extraction or a filling during your emergency appointment. If this is not clinically possible on the day, we will invite you to return for a follow-up appointment.
